You’re not surprised when the nice Deli is installed and looks absolutely wonderful, to find out the the chiller cabinets aren’t cooling correctly and the staff have got hot legs, temperature I mean!

Its not unusual because so often the basic requirements of plant and equipment is overlooked in the niceties of the install.

The remedy is to manufacture and install a stainless steel grill, remove the tiles from the face of the deli fabric, cut apertures in the fabric, without compromising the structure, access the back of the chiller cabinets and cut through, making sure that the equipment isnt damaged in the exercise, then fit the grill.

Result, a large volume of ventilation, traveling at a low speed across the chiller equipment, with lower air temperatures.

Less power consumed, better chilling temperature, cool legs, temperature I mean!
